To assure maximum performance and customer satisfaction, each hydraulic cylinder to be repaired goes through these steps:
- Disassembly and inspection of all parts for defects
- Review repair estimate with customer
- Replace parts as needed; Hone and polish parts as needed; and test all units
- Clean and paint unit
- Stamp unit with reference number and job identification
