Curing is the critical phase of the PTFE manufacturing process. It assures proper performance of your manufacturing material and finished good parts.
Properly curing PTFE, with its heat-sensitive range of fillers, demands time, experienced personnel, and first-class curing ovens. Required curing temperatures and time frames for all PTFE products are completed under the careful supervision of our knowledgeable oven operators. Our conventional and custom-built ovens are among the finest. They are cam operated, equipped with seven-day timers, and accurately control temperatures on every oven load.
