PTFE Gaskets

We manufacture PTFE gaskets in a wide range of configurations for a wide range of applications. We manufacture PTFE gaskets via punch press, custom die cut and waterjet cutting.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a synthetic fluoropolymer with great corrosion resistance qualities, extremely resilient and soft enough to seat with relatively low force. PTFE gaskets are widely used in industrial applications.

PTFE gaskets require low seating force. Houston Manufacturing prides itself on manufacturing very high quality PTFE gaskets and meeting very demanding delivery requirements.
