Aluminum Gaskets
We manufacture aluminum gaskets in a wide range of configurations for a wide range of applications. Our aluminum gaskets are manufactured via punch press, custom die cut and waterjet cutting.
Metallic gaskets are often used in high temperature and moderately high pressure applications. The metal gasket material should be softer than the flange material. Aluminum gaskets are among the softest metal gaskets and therefore may be used with most metal flanges. Like all metallic gaskets, aluminum gaskets require higher seating force and must be manufactured to very high quality standards.
